The British Football Coaches Network has teamed up with Gerard Jones and ‘Gerard School of Football’ (a football development service provider offering; resources, mentoring, education and training.
Gerard is currently 'Head of Academy Coaching' at Bristol Rovers F.C, in England League One. He is also an FA UEFA A Licensed Coach and FA Advanced Youth Award holder with over 13 years coaching experience in the UK, US, Italy, Norway and New Zealand. A former youth team player at Halifax Town AFC, Gérard left the Club in 2008, going on to study a Sports Coaching degree at the University of Hull where he established his first business Gérard School of Football in 2009. He grew the company into becoming listed among the Top 100 Best Business Start-ups in the UK 2010, later becoming a Director of Coaching at Arsenal Soccer Schools.
